If you sell customisable products you can allow your customers to add names and messages from the product page.
You will need to create a product in the normal way. Once this is done you should navigate down to the “Add-ons” tab on the product admin page.

Click the “Add Field” button and you will be presented with some fields that allow you to add various options to your product. The field is the “Type” and contains the following options:
- Checkboxes – Can be used for product variations like weight, size or colour.
- Short Text – A single line text field. Ideal for a name.
- Long Text – A multi-line text field. Useful for longer messages.
- File Upload – Customers could designs for t-shirts.
- Customer Defined Price – Perfect for customer tips.
- Quantity – Add a quantity based price to the product.
- Heading – Add a custom heading to the price break down.
